Sign up & get started▾
- Visitors can sign up at /register with name, email, password, and an optional profile photo.
- Business owners should use /register?intent=company to create an account and company listing in one guided flow.
- Company signup has four steps: Profile → Business → Photo & keywords → Done.
- During signup you add one cover photo; you can add more photos later from Dashboard → Company.
- Business signup includes email OTP verification — check your inbox and enter the code within 10 minutes.
- Each account can manage one company listing. To add a business, use Add Listing in the header or the company registration flow.
- Forgot password is available on the login page — enter your email to receive a reset link.
Create & manage your listing▾
- Go to Dashboard → Company to create or edit your business listing.
- Fill in business name, description (20–5000 characters), area, address, category, tags, and at least one photo.
- During signup you upload one required cover photo (max 5 MB; common image formats). In the dashboard you can add up to 10 photos.
- Uploaded listing photos are watermarked with the site logo and iloveludhiana.com for brand protection.
- Save as draft while you work. When ready, submit for review — our team approves pending listings.
- The dashboard checklist tracks completion: cover photo, phone on profile, description, catalog item, and submission.
- Listing status flow: draft → pending (submitted) → published (approved), or rejected with a reason you can fix and resubmit.
Catalog — products & services▾
- Go to Dashboard → Catalog to add products and services for your business.
- Each item can include a name, description, optional price, photo, tags, and type (product or service).
- Active catalog items appear on your public listing page and in the site-wide /products browse.
- Use sort order to control how items appear on your company page.
- Catalog is free for all business owners — a complete catalog helps customers understand what you offer.
Update your profile▾
- Go to Dashboard → Profile, or open the Profile tab inside Company edit once you have a listing.
- Update your display name, profile photo, phone number, and GSTIN (used on tax invoices).
- Upload a visiting card image from your profile — it appears on your public listing with a QR code. Visiting card upload is not part of signup.
- Add social links (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and choose whether to show your phone publicly.
- Quick and Premium plan owners get a verified badge on their profile and listing.
Promote your listing▾
- Free plan includes your company page, catalog, visiting card with QR, reviews, messages, and share link.
- Quick and Premium plans add a verified badge, featured placement on the home page, and priority at the top of search results.
- Premium also includes a work portfolio page, CSV export, and ad banner settings in the dashboard.
- Upgrade at Dashboard → Upgrade. Manage your plan and invoices at Dashboard → Billing.
- Free promotion tips: share your listing link on WhatsApp, display your visiting card QR in-store, ask customers for reviews, and keep your catalog up to date.
Improve your search visibility▾
- Featured listings (Quick and Premium plans) always appear first in search and category browse, regardless of sort order.
- After featured listings, results sort by your chosen order: highest rated (default), most reviewed, newest, or name A–Z.
- Reviews directly affect rating and review-count sorting — encourage happy customers to leave reviews on your listing page.
- Search matches your business name, description, and tags. Use relevant tags so visitors find you via related searches.
- A complete listing — good photos, detailed description, tags, and catalog items — improves discoverability on /search and /products.
After approval▾
- Your listing gets a public URL you can share on WhatsApp and social media.
- Listing photos show a light iloveludhiana.com watermark with the site logo.
- Use your digital visiting card from the listing page — it includes a QR code for in-store display.
- Add products and services in your catalog at the dashboard.
- Ask customers to leave reviews on your listing page to build trust.
If your listing is rejected▾
- You will receive an email with the reason and a link to edit your listing.
- Open your dashboard to see the rejection reason on the listing edit page.
- Update the details, save changes, and submit again for review.
Messages▾
- Customers can message you from your listing page when logged in.
- View and reply in Dashboard → Messages — you will get email notifications for new inquiries.
