2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Company pages

Business owners may create and manage one company page on I Love Ludhiana. Company pages start as drafts and must be submitted for review before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove company pages at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, prohibited content, or failure to comply with our moderation policies.

When you submit a listing, you agree that:

• Information provided is truthful and kept up to date.
• You have the right to represent the business listed.
• Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
• You will not post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful material.
• You will not use a listing to advertise, arrange, or carry out illegal activity — including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit documents or currency, trafficking, or other offences under Indian law.
• Photos and other listing media must be lawful and relevant to the business. We may scan text and images and remove or reject listings that appear to promote illegal activity.
• Catalog products marked as orderable include clear cancel and refund policies that customers can review before ordering.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Love Ludhiana, iloveludhiana.com, Code Artisan Lab (the platform developer and operator), and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listing content, classifieds, catalog products, cancel or refund policies, fraudulent or misleading claims you make, disputes with customers or other users, or your breach of these Terms.

3A. Classifieds

Logged-in users may post classified ads for used personal items. New classifieds stay private until an administrator approves them. We also run automated checks of the title, description, photos, and contact details. We may unpublish or remove ads that appear to violate these Terms or advertising partner policies, including Google AdSense restricted content.

When you post a classified, you agree that:

• The item is lawful to sell, is yours to sell, and is described accurately.
• You will not list adult or sexual services, weapons or ammunition, tobacco or vape products, recreational drugs, counterfeit or replica branded goods, prescription medicines, gambling, or other restricted items.
• You will not include HTML, scripts, or misleading contact details.
• Buyers must be logged in to view your phone number or WhatsApp. I Love Ludhiana is not a party to the sale and does not handle payment between buyer and seller.

Anyone can report a classified from its public page. We may review reports and remove content at our discretion.

4. Product orders and facilitation

Selected catalog products may be marked as available for online orders. When a customer places an order, I Love Ludhiana provides tools to submit the order, notify the seller and customer, track fulfillment status, generate a simple invoice record, and (where enabled) help coordinate pick-up and drop-off between the parties.

I Love Ludhiana is not the sellerof catalog products unless we expressly say so for a specific item. Products are offered by the listing owner (the "seller"). Prices shown for orderable products are set by the seller and are treated as inclusive of applicable GST unless the seller states otherwise.

Payment for goods is arranged separately between the customer and the seller. Unless we clearly offer an on-platform checkout for a specific product, we do not collect the product purchase price, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee payment. Any pick-and-drop or logistics assistance we provide is a coordination service and does not make us the merchant of record or a party to the sale contract for the goods.

Sellers must publish cancel and refund policies for each orderable product. Those policies apply to that product and are between the customer and the seller. Customers should read them before placing an order. Cancellation after an order is placed is limited by the seller's stated policy and the order's fulfillment stage (for example, pending, received, or packing). Delivered orders follow the seller's refund policy for any returns or refunds.

Order invoices generated on the platform are records of the accepted order details (item, quantity, price, parties, and delivery address). They are not a tax invoice issued by I Love Ludhiana as the seller of the goods unless we are expressly the seller. Sellers remain responsible for their own GST and tax compliance.

By placing or accepting an order, you authorize us to share necessary order details (including name, email, delivery address, quantity, notes, and status updates) with the other party and with our operational staff for coordination and support.

5. Premium membership

Business Premium is an optional paid plan for company owners. Premium features may include a verified badge, featured placement, dashboard data export, and a company ad banner on browse pages. Fees, billing cycles, and included features are shown on the upgrade page and may change with notice.

Premium subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. We may suspend premium benefits for failed payments, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Refund policies for Premium membership, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.

Premium membership payments are between you and I Love Ludhiana only. They are separate from any payments for catalog products between customers and sellers.

6. User content

Reviews, classifieds, order feedback, messages, photos, and other content you submit remain your responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or community standards.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Offer, request, or facilitate illegal or restricted goods, services, or activity through listings, classifieds, catalog items, messages, photos, or any other content — including adult content, weapons, tobacco, drugs, counterfeit goods, prescription medicines, or gambling.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, spam, or automate access in ways that harm the service.
• Upload malware or interfere with site operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a business.
• Place fake orders, abuse cancel flows, or misuse order facilitation for fraud or harassment.

8. Third-party businesses

I Love Ludhiana is primarily an online business directory and information platform that may also help coordinate product orders and logistics between users and listed businesses. We list independent local businesses but do not own, operate, employ, or endorse them unless explicitly stated. Except where we expressly act as seller of a product, we are not the merchant of record for catalog goods.

Listing information — including business names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, photos, product descriptions, cancel/refund policies, and hours — is supplied by business owners or other users, not by iloveludhiana.com as its own published content.

Your dealings with businesses found on the platform — including product sales, payment for goods, delivery quality, and refunds — are primarily between you and those businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of goods or services offered by listed businesses, nor for private agreements you make with them.

9. Fraud, transactions, and due diligence

You are solely responsible for evaluating listed businesses and verifying information before you contact them, visit them, or enter into any transaction. We do not verify the identity, licences, financial standing, or legitimacy of every listing owner or visitor, and we do not guarantee that any user or business is trustworthy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I Love Ludhiana, iloveludhiana.com, and Code Artisan Lab shall not be liable for any fraud, scams, misrepresentation, non-delivery, defective goods or services, payment disputes, chargebacks, or financial loss arising from dealings between users and listed businesses, whether online or offline — including product orders placed through the platform where payment is arranged off-platform.

If you believe a listing, classified, order, or user is fraudulent or harmful, report it on the relevant page or through our Help & Support page. We may review and remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion but are under no obligation to police every interaction on or off the platform.

10. Listing information disclaimer

All directory listings, classifieds, catalog items, portfolio entries, contact details, ratings, reviews, and order-related product claims on I Love Ludhiana reflect third-party, user-generated, or owner-provided content. We do not independently verify every detail and do not guarantee that any listing information is complete, current, or free from error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I Love Ludhiana, iloveludhiana.com, Code Artisan Lab, and their operators are not responsible for false, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by listing owners or other users, including product claims, pricing, photos, cancel/refund policies, or contact information revealed through the platform. You should verify important details directly with the business before relying on them for any purchase, visit, or legal or financial decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Love Ludhiana, iloveludhiana.com, and its operators (including Code Artisan Lab, the developer of this platform) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service — including reliance on listing information, reviews, catalog or portfolio content, product orders, invoices, cancel or refund outcomes, contact reveals, or other user-submitted content.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from fraud, scams, misleading listings, consumer complaints, regulatory actions, or disputes between you and any third-party business or user, even if such conduct occurred through or was discovered via the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred Indian rupees (₹100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
