Cookies and session data: authentication tokens stored in httpOnly cookies to keep you signed in.

Public directory content: published listings, reviews, and business contact details are visible to visitors.
Product orders: when you place an order, the seller receives your name, email, delivery address, quantity, notes, and related order details needed to fulfill the order. When a seller updates status or issues an invoice, you receive those updates. Platform staff may access order details to provide support or coordinate logistics.
Business messaging: when you message a listing owner, they receive your message and associated account details needed to respond.
Service providers: hosting, email delivery (SMTP), payment processors (for Premium), and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Catalog product payments arranged directly between customers and sellers are outside our payment systems unless we expressly process that payment. In those cases, any payment data you share with the seller is governed by that seller's practices as well.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Product order records (including invoices, status history, and feedback) are retained as needed for operations, dispute support, and legal compliance. Support form submissions are retained in email records for as long as necessary to resolve inquiries. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics.
